Happy Friday!!! Is anyone else counting down to Christmas?!
It’s just barely starting to feel like fall here in LA (though it’ll be 80 degrees tomorrow, so scratch that…) and I’m so beyond ready to check out, sit in front of a fire, and eat some Christmas cookies. Who’s with me?!
Before we jump into today’s finds, I just want to send my love to everyone in SoCal who’s been affected by these crazy a$$ fires that are displacing people and animals left and right. The first responders & firefighters are legitimately blowing my mind with their ability to fight these things (there were 4 at once people. That’s INSANE.) and keep us safe. If you’d like to help, here’s a good resource for finding out how, and if any of you are in the area and need anything help from me personally, PLEASE do not hesitate to reach out. I’m far enough south to be able to round up goods and bring them to you, house your dogs or cats, whatever you need!
And now, back to our regularly scheduled programming…
How to Stop Comparing Yourself to Others – PLEASE. please. This is something I’ve gotten muuuuch better at over the years, but I still need help, as I think we all do in this era of social media!
Maple Pistachio Granola – This sounds heavenly! I love that it’s not 8 thousand ingredients and is relatively low sugar.
3 Non-Boozy Drinks *Everyone* Can Enjoy – Let’s be honest, I’m not a big drinker, but I loooooove drinks. And also holding onto something at parties, y’know?
Cardamom-Spiced Pear Crumble – Crumble is one of those desserts I think is so beyond perfect for winter. Especially when you add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top?
Gluten Free Cutout Cookies – More allergen free recipes because I think literally everyone should be in on the holiday cookie fun!!
5 Feng Shui & Decluttering Hacks for a High Vibe Home – This one’s mainly for couples, but honestly, anyone could use these tips…! *raises hand
Why Gut Health Matters & How to Clean Up a Dirty Diet – A super informative read. Definitely need to work on this!

You are so sweet to offer help to anyone in the area affected by fires! Hearing about it on the news is crazy to me. Thanks for sharing the links, the gut health article is going to be super interesting.
My boyfriend and I are thinking of moving in together sometime late next year, so I am definitely going to bookmark that feng shui article. Also need to read that gut health article–my tummy has not been pleased with all my winter feasting!

Mine either, girl! And I just moved in with mine a couple months ago and we haven’t fully finished furnishing (wow, say that 3 times fast…haha), so I saw that article and was like YES. THIS!
Oh my gosh, I love the one on gut health! Once I started being more mindful of this, I STOPPED getting sick and I felt so much better overall! Way more energy too. It’s crazy how much it changes you!
And the non boozy drinks are great too. We’re not big drinkers at all, but I still LOVE fruity bubbly delicious drinks. I just get mine without alcohol!
I’m definitely counting down until Christmas, but I also don’t want it to be here because then the holidays are almost over!
Sending out our positive thoughts to everyone in SoCal, I can’t imagine going through that and we hope that everyone is finding comfort somewhere!
