What a WEEK, am I right?
Instagram went down for over 24 hours, I caught a pretty awful cold out of nowhere, and couldn’t get used to Daylight Savings time, but hey, we made it to Friday so it’s all good!😂
I’m actually super excited for this weekend because my best friend comes into town TONIGHT and we’ll be celebrating her 30th birthday. We’ll be exploring a bit of LA, but also heading down to Orange County! It’s always fun when people are in town (I had guests last week, too) because it gives an excuse to explore your own city😍

Why I Think Blogging Is Here To Stay – You guys. Instagram AND Facebook went down this week (they’re actually down as I’m writing this…) and I’ve never believed in this more. Not to mention that blogs have always been my favorite to both read and write!

Ab-Quaking Resistance Band Workout – I’ve literally had the same ab workout since I was 13 (what can I say, it works!), but sometimes it’s nice to switch it up! And what CAN’T resistance bands do, honestly?
14 Best Gluten-Free Pasta Options – I’m not gluten free, but I will say that these gluten-based pasta alternatives are not only less inflammatory but way more nutritious. I know I talk about it on here a lot, but Banza is one of my faves!
The Ivy Lee Method for Productivity – I’ve honestly been having much more trouble focusing than I thought I would now that I work from home/for myself! I’m definitely going to be trying this next week.
