Happy Friday!!!!!!!!

Dancing for Donuts | Friday Finds

I am very, very happy that this week is coming to a close – this week just felt so long! Some highlights from my week: taking a 305 Fitness dance cardio class with friends Tuesday night, visiting a pumpkin patch with my team at work, a fun meditation and breakfast event at Joe and the Juice, and starting A Handmaid’s Tale. So many good things!

I really cannot believe Halloween is almost here. You know that means too, like the second it’s over everyone is going to be crazy for the holidays! It’s also weird working in social media, or probably any retail company honestly, because we plan holiday stuff SO far in advance. It’s exciting, for sure, but almost makes time feel faster because we’re constantly talking about all of it! I can’t say I don’t love it, though. This time of year from autumn to Christmas is seriously my favorite!

Okay anywayyyyy, now that I’m done pretending you’re my diary, I’ll share some fun reads from the internet with you!

The Recipe for Erewhon’s Famous Paleo Bread – Never pay $16 a loaf again (although admittedly I never have and never will do that, anyway…?)

How to Wash Your Sneakers So They Look Brand New Again – I have a pair of super cute pink New Balance’s that haven’t looked pink in awhile…anyone else?

Pumpkin Sangria – Making?? This??

A 34-Minute Interval Walking Treadmill Workout That’ll Help You Lose Weight – If you know me in real life, you know I LOVE walking on the treadmill at the highest incline! It’s my favorite way to workout when I’m feeling lazy or just want to move without going crazy. I’m not supposed to run (because of a back injury), so walking is a great way to get some cardio in!

6 Ways to Relieve Neck Tension – Umm 100% trying this tennis ball trick. Tension in my upper back/neck has been out of control lately!

12 Slow Cooker Meals to Make on Halloween Night – I’m 100% planning on staying in Halloween night with a glass of wine and some scary movies, so an easy slow cooker meal is PERFECT.

What are you Halloween plans?! I literally have zero festive things to do and no costume, and to be honest, I’m kind of okay with it…haha

I just wish I could still pass for a trick or treater. Oh, well!
