Friday Finds

Happy Friday from North Carolina!

Dancing for Donuts | Friday Finds

I can’t remember if I told you guys this or not, but I’m down in the Outer Banks this week for my family’s annual summer vacation. This is by far my favorite place in the world – our house, the memories, the vibes, the views, the beach, it’s all INCREDIBLE. I’ll do a little recap post for you next week, but I wanted to bring it back to a Friday Finds since it’s been awhile.

I’m getting super, super pumped for autumn (my favorite season!!!) and am really looking forward to a sort of life re-set after all my traveling in August/September. I always feel like the start of the school year and this new season is a good time to get our sh*t in order, y’know?

Anyway! I’ll save my little fall journey entry for another time? Let’s get into it!

How to Make Fruit & Herb Infused Sun Tea – I know summer is “technically” over but 1) summer lasts until November in LA and 2) iced tea is always a good idea.

Fig Beet Blueberry Smoothie – This sounds BOMB. And also super healthy…count me in.

How to Pig the Perfect Fig – Can you tell I’m obsessed with figs yet?

How to Work Out in the Morning and Make it a Habit – Susie gives the BEST tips on here. I actually just recently started working out in the mornings to give myself more time after work for other stuff and it’s been AWESOME.

The Fall Kitchen Detox: What to Toss and What to Stock – This guide is AWESOME.

1-Minute Gluten Free Mug Cake – Because desserts still calls.

Coconut Protein Balls – Brittany’s recipes are always amazing and this one is no different. I want to get back into meal-prepping the second I’m back home, so I can’t wait to make these!

Alright my sweet friends, that’s it for today. I’m actually working remotely while I’m here, so I’m trying to pack in as much in a day as I can. Have a great one, and a happy weekend!

PUMPKIN SEASON! Call me basic but I’m excited AF for all things fall :). Sun tea gives me all kinds of flashback feels because my mom used to make it for us and I LOVE IT. I am 100% making it this weekend! Those coconut protein balls look delicious too. Now that I’m back in school season I’m constantly looking for yummy and healthy snacks that I can eat SUPER fast to keep up with my kiddos. These are perfect!
Hope you’re having a wonderful time with your family, and thanks for the shout out lady, you’re the best!
