Hi friends! I can’t remember the last time I blogged two days in a row but hey, there was a lot to say this week?
Apologies for getting this post out to you late, my morning took a strange turn when I got into my first car accident…tooootally not that big of a deal. I mean, I’m fine, but my car has some hideous damage. Basically the other person didn’t stop at their stop sign and ruined the entire right side of my baby, but hopefully insurance will come through! Otherwise, this week has been pretty fantastic and all of the incredible positivity that I saw online and in person for Women’s Day has me feeling hopeful, happy, and motivated.
Two things before I get into our usual Friday Finds – 1) my friend Danielle was so kind as to feature me on her blog! You can find that here. And 2) I have been absolutely looooooving yoga lately. I have a back injury from ages ago and I’m not technically supposed to do yoga, but I know when to hold back now (no back bends or up-dogs for this girl) and have been going to classes after work at a studio called Red Diamond Yoga. I never thought I’d like yoga after work at night, but honestly it’s so relaxing and really calms me down after a crazy day. Maybe I should go tonight actually…
Anyway, let’s do it!
Resistance Band Loop Glutes Workout Video – I did this video earlier this week after some cardio and WOW you guys. So sore!!!!
Is your plant-based protein powder contaminated with lead and arsenic? – WUT.
Oat Milk is Everywhere These Days, But is it Actually Healthy? – Also interesting. I’m a fan of oat milk, but that Oatly stuff is really expensive on Amazon! Anyone seen it for cheaper?
8 Foods to Prep Each Week for Super Easy Meals – Yes yes yes. I don’t do all of these, but I do many and I’m telling you, they make life sooooo much easier!
6 Ways to Hack Store-Bought Balsamic Vinegar into Gourmet Excellence – Here? for? this ? Seriously want to caramelize some onions soon…
Trader Joe’s Breakfast Hack – Breakfast is my FAVORITE meal of the day and I could probably eat it 3x a day without getting bored. This dish looks amazing for a breakfast-for-dinner situation or even brunch!
Thai Peanut Chicken Thighs – Made this for dinner on Tuesday over some peanut soba noodles and dzayuuuuum they were good. Definitely making these again so soon!
Alright y’all, that’s it for today! Tell me in the comments what you’ve been reading! Or if you have any plans for this weekend. I’m taking my boyfriend away for a little staycation for his birthday and am super excited, but it’s supposed to rain here all weekend…how strange for LA but also, we need it so I shouldn’t really complain!?

Currently OBSESSED with resistance bands right now. Ben and I bought a pack to share and now we need another one because… we suck at sharing haha. And that TJ’s recipe looks SO GOOD.
Also, why is it we always have to worry about some sketchy ass chemical or poison in our foods?! Gahhhh.
As always, Friday Finds makes my day!
