Friday Finds

Happy Friday, Beautiful People!

Dancing for Donuts | Friday Finds

Another week down, another roundup of my favorite reads across the web – but first! I’ve fallen in love with a new protein bar (you know me, bars are my jaaaaaam) and needed to share Square Organics with you because you GUYS. These little things are obviously delicious, otherwise I wouldn’t be telling you about them, but more importantly they’re organic, *duh,* made with plant-based protein (instead of dairy-based whey), gluten-free, soy-free, AND they donate a portion of their profits to fight human-trafficking. How cool is that?!

If you want to grab one of their exclusive sampler packs so you can try them for yourself, just text SAMPLER to 33222 to get your bars for $12.99 plus shipping. You’ll receive a link to the sampler in the text, so you can buy straight from there! And you know me, I love a good sale?

Okay, now back to business!

3 Ways to Make Flavor-Infused Ghee – After my obsession with Fourth and Heart’s Vanilla Bean Ghee started about a year ago, I’ve been wanting to use ghee for all kinds of things. These flavors sound so delicious!!

Can You Substitute Baking Powder for Baking Soda (and Vice Versa)? – V important!! No literally,  I ask myself this nearly every time I bake because I pretty much never have baking soda on hand. Need to add that to the grocery list, come to think of it…

Slightly Healthier Thai Iced Tea – Fun fact: I LOVE Thai Iced Tea, and I’m pretty sure I’ve only had it 3 times in my life because I know how terrible it is for you. I can’t wait to try this recipe…although admittedly I know that nothing comes close to the glory that is sweetened condensed milk?

5 Must-Haves from Amazon’s New Plant Shop – Okay, I know this one’s kind of out there, but if you’ve been following me on Instagram you know that I am obsessed with plants!!! I freaked out when I heard Amazon launched a shop because I need to bring more life to our home stat!

Total Body Stress-Relief Workout – I think Lauren is on to something here…also, love that this workout isn’t like, an hour long. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

How to Make a Fancy Acai Bowl at Home – Yep, another one from me? There’s nothing worse that spending $10 on a smoothie you could’ve made at home for $4 #amirite?

Why You Should Always Buy Yourself Flowers – Yep, can deffffinitely get on board with this.

Alright friends, that’s it for today! I’ll be heading out to Colorado for my family’s annual ski trip, so I’ll be back with a recap of my trip soon! Have a great weekend!

I LOVE that recipe for the thai iced tea! Especially since they swapped out the condensed milk with almond milk. And we loving having flowers around the house, but our cat also love to eat them so… they last about a day haha.
Loving the idea to throw goji berries in an acai bowl. They have such a unique, chewy texture and flavor, they’re so addictive!
Hope you had an amazing time in the mountains. Can’t wait to read about it!
