Friday Finds ( + Pics from Joshua Tree/Palm Springs!)

Hey y’all and Happy Friday!

I know I kind of disappeared this week, so I apologize for that! We went away last weekend to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree and I wanted to do a re-cap post, but I’ve kind of just been low energy. Anyone else have a cold that literally likes to stick around for weeks?! I mean, maybe it’s allergies…who knows.

Anyway! I wanted to share some of the photos from last weekend because it really was so beautiful! I was with my boyfriend and some of his family?

Cashew Shrimp and Mango Stir Fry – I really hate to admit this, but I’ve been in a bit of a cooking rut. Working from home, I end up being lazy and snacking a ton or eating the same thing every day. I want to make this dish ASAP though, hopefully it’ll help me remember that real meals are better than green smoothies and granola bowls all the time?
