New Favorite Non-Toxic Beauty & Skincare Products

Hi and Happy Friday!!

Dancing for Donuts | New Favorite Non-Toxic Beauty Products

I’ve mentioned on here before how I’ve been trying to switch over to a more non-toxic, green beauty routine including everything from bath products to makeup, and I’ve recently tried so many amazing new products.

I wanted to share them with you today in case you’re looking to do the same but aren’t sure where to start, since that’s how I felt a few months ago! Let’s just hop into it, shall we ?

GoldFaden MD Detox Gel Moisturizer – I’ve been using GoldFaden products for months now, but just recently broke out the gel moisturizer. I’ve been dealing with some pretty annoying breakouts on my chin and I have to say, I looove the way this stuff feels! Definitely hydrating without a thick feeling, which is good since a facialist told me I “definitely have oily skin and my pores go all the way to my hairline…” lolol LOVE THAT THANKS GIRL.

Trilogy Rosehip Oil – So even though I have oily skin, I’m still apparently supposed to be using oils (and potentially so should you!). When your skin is too dry, it overproduces oil, so keeping it hydrated is a must. Though this doesn’t actually smell like rose, which I was hoping for, I do love how soft and smooth my skin feels after I use it! It’s supposed to be good for anti-aging, all-over nourishment and repair, too.

Twice Toothpaste – This is actually Lenny Kravitz’s brand, which I already think is cool, but they make toothpaste that is vegan, cruelty-free, gluten-free and non-GMO. It’s also NOT charcoal toothpaste, which I appreciate, because I heard that stuff does zero to prevent cavities. Get the TWILIGHT one if you want to try it out – it’s peppermint, vanilla and lavender flavored and it’s amaaaazing!

WELL CBD Massage Cream & Oil – I grabbed these products at Bristol Farms (their Natural Living section is basically my Disneyland) after a friend suggested I try CBD for my back pain. I know there’s a constant debate about whether or not CBD actually works, but I swear to you guys, I can actually feel this relaxing my muscles when I put it on. It’s not as intense as an Icy Hot or Bengay, but I think that’s a good thing since those have lotssss of chemicals in them?

Good Clean Love Wipes – This one is exclusively for my ladies! I don’t know about you, but I can’t use ALL wipes, they just don’t work for me if ya know what I’m sayin’. I think this brand in general is amazing (they use only organic, natural ingredients with zero parabens, synthetics or petrochemicals!), but these wipes in particular are a new staple for me. I keep them in my purse and use them after workouts (and pro tip: don’t stay in your sweaty workout clothes either, if you know what’s good for ya?? )

Tower 28 ShineOn Lip Jelly + SuperDew Highlighting Balm – Tower 28 juuuust launched and I’ve been using their products since I received them in the mail a week ago! The Lip Jelly is the most amazing feeling lip gloss (not sticky at all and hydrating!) and the Highlighting Balm works amazingly well considering it’s not a traditional highlighter! They have a face mist that I love, as well.

Asarai Earth Tones Face Mask – Aside from this being the most beautifully packaged skincare ever, it just FEELS good. Asarai is an Australian brand that was founded by a Naturopath and everything is super “clean” when it comes to ingredients. This mask doesn’t leave your skin feeling super tight like most masks, even though it helps de-clog pores, brighten, and even out skin tone. They have a retinol and cleanser that I’m super excited to try, too!

What about you – have you been loving any green beauty products or companies lately? I’m so impressed by all the options out there these days and glad non-toxic living is becoming more of a significant topic!
