Hellooooo Friday! Ugh, aren’t Summer Fridays the best?!
It’s not like I get actual Summer Fridays (y’know when you have a half day of work), but since I’m my own boss, I’ve decided that I’m going to do them once in awhile, anyway😏
I purposely made this week more low key than usual with fewer plans and workouts scheduled in. My time in NY was so hectic and since I wasn’t actually on vacation, I definitely didn’t get enough work done😅 Luckily I’m feeling nice and relaxed, and more importantly, back in the groove!
