Is anyone else extremely confused about what day it is, what time it is and when they should be eating? Because SAME.

I’ve also been snacking like a monster and baking up a storm, which isn’t necessarily helping my waistline but definitely making me happy…so all in all, it’s just a weird time😂

To be honest, the day I documented here (last Friday), was half decent in the health department! I had made a successful trip to Trader Joe’s in the morning, so we actually had some fresh produce and a solid dinner. I also had to shoot content for Instagram, so that kind of dictated what I ate throughout the day.

And, as always, this post is meant to serve purely as inspiration and even a peek into my day-to-day. I’m not a nutritionist or RD, and definitely don’t suggest anyone follow my habits! They just work for me, but we are all different😊 Alright enough chatting, let’s just get into it!

~7:15am – collagen coffee with Ancient Nutrition collagen, cinnamon and caramel SweetLeaf Stevia

~8:30am – smoothie with 1/3 cup filtered water, 1/3 cup coconut milk, 1 frozen banana, Tone It Up Vanilla Protein, and 1 tbsp pitaya powder topped with Safe + Fair Birthday Cake Granola (my FAVE – code DONUTS10 to save)

~ 11am – sumo Citrus Orange (and likely a spoonful of my new favorite dark chocolate sunflower butter…unpictured🙈)

~1pmbanza gemelli pasta with sautéed zucchini and peas, cherry tomatoes, parmesan, and pesto olive oil

~4pm – honeycrisp apple that I ate with Ovi staring at me…I gave in and shared a few bites!

~7:30pm – andouille chicken sausage from TJ’s, sautéed green beans with garlic, and brown rice

And that’s it!! Although that’s a stilly thing to say, since I know that was actually a lot😂 Eating during this time is definitely going to take some getting used to, at least for me! What about you – what have you been cooking?!

What I Ate Wednesday (WIAW #6)

Today I’m sharing a full day of eats with you guys! It’s interesting for me to keep a “food diary” for the day, plus you always seem to love these😊

This post is in no way whatsoever meant to serve as an example of what you “should” (or should not, for that matter) be eating! It’s solely for inspiration and a little peek into my day. Please do not compare your eating to mine, we are all different and have to do what’s best for us🙌🏻

So let’s just get into it!

7amCoffee with Ancient Nutrition collagen (code dancingfordonuts for 20% off), homemade macadamia milk (made with a Modest Mylk base), apple pie spice and 4-5 drops SweetLeaf English Toffee stevia (p.s. that’s a suuuper old pic up there, but my coffee is always the same, anyway!)

8:30amGreen smoothie with 1/2 frozen banana, 1 scoop of Tone It Up vanilla protein, 4 ice cubes, ~1/2 cup macadamia milk, 2 handfuls spinach, 1 tbsp chia seeds and 1 tbsp peanut butter

9amGummy vitamins because I am the gummy vitamin QUEEN👑😂 Right now I’m taking a women’s multivitamin from Smarty Pants and MegaFood elderberry gummies for immune support.

11am – A slide of my simple seed bread topped with Fourth and Heart Chocti in Coffee

1pmHomemade ramen for an upcoming post! I used Pacific Foods bone broth for the base and added in shredded carrots, garlic, oyster mushrooms, soy sauce, sesame oil, sririacha, a jammy egg, ramen noodles (of course!), avo and scallions. SO GOOD.

4pmCarrots and celery with a mustard/hummus/Sir Kensington’s buffalo ranch mix and a clementine on the side! Also some Lebby Dark Chocolate Chickpea snacks…not fully sold on those yet, but I did finish off the bag yesterday so I guess that’s saying something😅

7:30pm – A Beyond Meat slider and portabello fries at a fun Zumba event! I also tried one of their mini chicken dogs and some popcorn.

9pm – I usually try to stop eating by this hour, but the event threw me off since it was a later-than-usual workout for me and didn’t have a full dinner! I at 1 and 1/2 of these brownies plus a trail mix situation of some Magic Spoon cereal (code DANCINGFORDONUTS for free shipping! The frosted is my fave ever), pepitas and cacao nibs.
