strawberry shortcake popsicles
dancing for donuts
these popsicles are plant based, gluten free, low in added sugar, and easy to make!
layer 1
10-12 strawberries mashed with 1 tbsp of granulated sweetener
layer 2
10 strawbs, one lemon juiced & zested, 1 1/3 cups coconut milk, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup maple syrup
layer 3
5-6 graham crackers pulsed into crumbs, 1 tbsp melted plant butter
pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours
carefully remove
& enjoy!
