Sexy 2-Ingredient Pancakes.

Dancing for Donuts | Sexy Pancakes Guys. I did it. I made 2-ingredient pancakes into the most decadent yet healthy breakfast ever. If you’ve never made these, they’re literally just one large banana mixed with eggs. It’s insane, I don’t understand how it works, but I like it. And I haven’t actually met anyone yet who doesn’t… These guys take a little bit longer to make and may also take a few tries to get the hang of ’em (you can’t flip them too quickly or too late!), but they’re so worth it. They’re perfect on a cozy morning in or for a special occasion. Like Mother’s Day! 🙂

Sexy 2-Ingredient Pancakes (for one)

1 large banana

1 egg + 1 egg-white

1/2 tsp cinnamon

coconut oil

natural peanut butter

berries

toasted coconut

1. Mash up banana in a bowl. Add egg + egg white and cinnamon, and mix until as smooth as possible (may use a blender).

2. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Pour batter onto pan when warm (I like to make mine slightly smaller than the size of my hand, but it’s up to you!). When starting to bubble, flip carefully.

3. After another minute or so, remove from pan. Repeat with remaining batter.

4. Top with drizzled natural peanut butter, berries, and toasted coconut. Dig in!
